How do “public spaces” work and how do we capture the different signs present in them? What does or does not allow the public to appropriate, occupy, act, move and permeate them? What makes us feel belonging and open to putting our collective and individual desires into practice? How are people distributed in the city, according to classes and income levels? How to claim these spaces? How do contemporary art and new technologies also influence the issues raised? How can they interact with the production of the city and generate a political sharing of the sensitive?

There were many questions that instigated me since the beginning of college. In this last year of graduation, through my Completion of Course Work, I dedicated myself to searching for different authors and bibliographies in order to clarify them. Most of these questions were not resolved with this work, but it was definitely the gateway to a world of discussions and research that, for the most part, I still did not know and that aroused enough interest in me for years of studies and practices that come forward.

I invite you to enter this dissenting world of questions and interests about the city, public space, bodies, art and technology that were (and will still be) part of my research process. I invite you to make your own correlations between the subjects brought up in a rhizomatic way.

Happy abductions!
